I began my career as a seamstress when I was 27 years old, starting my own business, Mary's Stitch 'N' Nitch. I continued that business for the next 17 years, at which time I decided to expand. I began a partnership with Julie Lund, and started the Lund & Taylor Bridal Gallerie. We worked successfully together for three years growing the business. When Julie became pregnant she had to make the decision to give up her share of the business, she moved on to Madison to continue her career in broadcasting.

My daughter Andrea came on as my assistant. She has been a major role in helping me with the business for the past three years. Now in our 7th year in business she too is moving on to continue her career in youth ministry. She is off to college and helps out in the store when she is home. My daughter Rebekah helps after school and weekends.

My husband Richard is also part of the business. He started Starlight Express Limousine Service four years ago. He has 2 stretch limousines for hire.

We now have a full time seamstress on board. Nancy Smith who does most of the alterations so I'm free to do other things. We are continuing to expand with our discount bridal and formalwear section now open for business.

We are located on the corner of Baird Street and Lincoln Street in Rhinelander in a 100 year old Victorian style home. Stop in and visit our friendly hometown staff!      Mary Taylor
